Even though so, you should still be tactful about your tissues on your backbones as they are the brittle pieces which enable your bones to function, and once it gives way to the unbearable pain, you might need to undergo some minor surgeries instead, which are unnecessary if you take precaution steps at the earlier stages in life.
In short, take actions before it is too late. Although the result may not be seen immediately, but at least you made an effort and a difference in your future and well being. Whenever there is a problem, you would search for the causes, and this applies the same in your health.
